Freeman Tech Systems ("we", "us") is an American AI-first software company operated by Freeman Tech Systems LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, together with its affiliate Freeman Tech Systems (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to freeman-tech.com, to our products, and to product preview and waitlist pages we operate on other domains.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, and message contents when you contact us, and your email address when you join a waitlist or sign up for early access to a product.
- Information collected automatically. When you use our sites we and our service providers collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and interaction events. Waitlist submissions also record IP address and browser details for fraud and abuse prevention. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) for analytics; our analytics provider is PostHog (hosted in the United States).
- Email delivery data. When we send you an email (for example a signup confirmation), our email provider records delivery status such as bounces and spam complaints.
- Advertising data. If you reach a page through one of our ads on Meta or Google, the link may include campaign and click identifiers that we use to measure ad performance.
How we use it
- To provide, operate, and improve our products and websites.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To send you the updates you asked for (for example waitlist news for a product). Every marketing email includes a way to opt out.
- To measure which of our pages and ads work, using aggregate analytics.
- To keep our services secure, including rate limiting and abuse detection.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that process data on our instructions: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, United States), analytics (PostHog), transactional email (Resend), and the ad platforms whose measurement tools we use (Meta, Google). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a corporate transaction.
International transfers
We operate from the United States and South Africa; data is processed primarily in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: waitlist entries until the related product launches or the test concludes, analytics on our provider's standard retention schedule, and correspondence as long as relevant. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under US state privacy laws, the EU/UK GDPR, and South Africa's POPIA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email sales@freeman-tech.com. We respond within the timelines the applicable law requires. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
Our sites and products are for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will say so prominently.
